Mediation

Mediation is an "alternative dispute resolution" method, which is widely used in developed countries, where the parties can resolve their dispute with the help of an impartial third party without bringing the dispute to the judicial authority. In our legislation, it has been made compulsory to go to mediation before filing a case in some private law branches, especially in certain disputes arising from labour law, commercial disputes and disputes arising from lease agreements, and the voluntary intervene method is also widely preferred for the rapid and peacful resolution of disputes.

Odaman & Koyuncu,  has been providing legal counselling services to its clients in this field since the legislation on intervene entered into force in our country, and represents its clients in intervene negotiations as a party representative through experienced lawyers in the process.

The intervene lawyers within Odaman & Koyuncu also offer mediation services within the scope of disputes.
